As of Monday 23rd March, we have decided to withdraw from door to door sales to protect our customers, employees and business partners in line with the most recent guidelines for COVID 19. Our aim is to bring customers great value energy plans with a 100% renewable option (not to mention our popular new customer discounts and incentives*), through a best of industry approach. Our focus now is around our online sign up and our digital on-boarding process.
Our online energy application is super easy to use, and you can literally sign up within a few minutes as all the important information is there to help you make an informed decision around the best plan for you. However, if you would prefer a more personalised approach to reviewing your energy needs, our Sales Consultants can still be booked for an online appointment. Please note, prior to Monday 23 March, our team was stringently following COVID-19 best practice procedures in line with Federal and NSW Government Health Official Guidelines. Our team used technology such as a Field Sales App where the data was input by the Sales Consultant, and the consent to proceed with the application was via an SMS to the customer, to avoid unnecessary person to person contact.
