What’s a 10-business day cooling-off period?

After you decide to switch to Nectr, you will have a 10-business day cooling-off period, which starts the day after you receive your Nectr Energy Plan Confirmation and Welcome Pack. This Pack includes all of the information we need to give you about your plan. During this period, if you change your mind, you can decide to cancel your transfer. You just need to let us know. No fees or charges will apply.
